A spacious and welcoming living-dining room with a comfortable sofa allows you to unwind in front of the TV or while enjoying the fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. In the evening, the sofa converts into a bed.
The fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, etc.) is adjacent to the living room and allows you to prepare delicious meals just like at home.
The bedroom features a double bed for a good night's sleep.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
You'll enjoy an unobstructed view with plenty of natural light.
A major bonus: you have access to a private parking space within the residence.
