Casa LouAnge is a villa with contemporary lines wrapped in the authentic charm of Bonifacian dry stone.

Casa LouAnge is ideal for travelers looking for calm, comfort and respect for the place, wishing to experience an authentic summer interlude in Corsica.
Our house with traditional dimensions has been designed with a desire for comfort.

In a fenced plot with gate, Our villa, fully air-conditioned, with a living area of 83m² includes:

- 1 living room of 45m² with equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.PGJyPg�PGJyPg- 2 bedrooms with 160cm bed & Smart TV.

- 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, shower & semi-freestanding bath.

- 1 private plot of 1000m² with trees including:

- 1 terrace including a 6-seater SPA.

🧼 Cleaning policy.

In order to offer you attractive rates, we have chosen not to charge cleaning fees.

In return, we ask you to take care of the house and return it clean when you leave, respecting the departure checklist below.
This will be sent to you when you book and will also be available on site.

1) Wash, and store all used dishes and utensils.PGJyPg
Kitchen
2. Clean the worktop (clean, without crumbs or residue).

3. Clean the hob.

Garbage cans
4. Empty all garbage cans (kitchen, bathroom and toilet).

Floors
5. Vacuum the floors of the entire villa.

Bedrooms
6. Remove the sheets from the beds used and place them in the bathtub.
👉 If a room has not been used, please do not remove the sheets.

⚠️ In the event of non-compliance with all of these points during check-out, a flat cleaning fee of €220 will be applied.

i️ Important information

* The spa is set to a temperature of 35°C.

* By architectural choice, the two terraces of the house, which are at a height of 1m75, do not have railings.

* 8 steps lead to the front door.

* The south-west façade of the house has a deck terrace WITHOUT RAILINGS of 1m75 at the highest.

* The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Any request to add an additional person will be refused.

* The wood stove in the living room is locked and inaccessible.

* Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

* Access to the accommodation strictly reserved for the travelers mentioned in the reservation.
Any outside person (visitor, guest, etc.) is prohibited without prior written permission from the owner.

* An outdoor security camera is available installed on the wooden terrace and covers only the gate area.

* Electric cars

The city of Bonifacio has several charging stations accessible to the public.

Casa LouAnge can provide you with a socket specially adapted to the charging of electric vehicles. This service, offered at a rate of €100 per week, must be requested in advance.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge your vehicle at the sockets in the house. The standard electrical outlets in the villa are not designed for electric vehicle charging and their use for this purpose may result in significant damage to the property's electrical system.
