Upon arrival, you will enjoy a large living room, carefully decorated and with vintage and industrial charm.
It is divided between two spaces: a comfortable living room (with Smart TV) and an open and fully equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm) and a shower room (with washing machine and towel dryer) are also provided on the ground floor.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, each with a private shower room (with towel dryer) for extra comfort and independence.
In short, this apartment offers an ideal location close to the popular Forville Market, as well as optimum comfort and privacy thanks to its two floors and its equipped rooms.
ALENTS
In your street you will find several small cafes, a cheese maker and the famous Forville Market.
We invite you to make a detour in the old town, the Suquet, which you can reach in just 3 minutes walk. You will enjoy in particular the suquet of artists, space of exhibition of works of art, as well as the old fort of the city that allows you to have a 360° view of the bay of Cannes.
A single price is located a few seconds walk from the apartment.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
