Great for large group

Cute neighborhood, restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was nice having two separate suites. Quiet and clean. Would stay here again.

Not an accurate picture of facility

We would not recommend these two rental spaces to friends. The neighborhood was great and it was close enough to the places we intended to visit. But the apartments were listed as being able to sleep 8 people in each. That would only be possible if 2 of the adults were willing to sleep together in a bunk bed with 2 other adults sleeping in the top bunk. The other bedroom also was able to sleep 4 people. That was only possible if you had no intention of ever being able to use the closet. There was less than 18 inches between the beds. One was against the wall and the other was against the closet. It was not a convenient arrangement. These statements cover both of the apartments. The shower in R1 was nice with very good water pressure. I was told both bathrooms in R2 were nice also. The appliances in both apartments were very good and looked new and clean. So there are no complaints there. The furniture in both apartments was extremely uncomfortable. The chairs in R2 had holes in the arms that were just covered over with material. it would have been very easy to rip them without even trying. The couches were ridiculous. It was impossible to sit in them for any length of time. The entrance to the building was through a musty, dank hallway that leaked when it rained. There were dark unlit stairs directly to the right of R1. Because the was usually no light in the hallway it would have been very easy to fall. I have run out of room to finish my review I guess.

Family Cubs trip

Great family trip to watch a few Cubs games. Within walking distance of Wrigley on a nice day. Lots of beds, and the management company was great to work with.

Great location and unit

The unit was great and spacious enough to hold a large group of guys. We had a great time and the unit was conveniently located with easy access to the Fullerton L stop

Fantastic place to stay

If you’ve got a big group, this is the place to book. Easy access to both suites, great location, and the space was very nice and clean. Big shoutout to the host for communicating thoroughly and making the process easy.

Great stay

Great location and felt very safe in the unit. Good communication with property manager, they responded pretty quick. Had to figure out the parking after we arrived, wish we could have that set-up before you arrive. Street parking is also an option, if you can find one. Overall, happy with the stay at this location.

Perfect for a group stay!

The rental and locations of this place was perfect. We had a full group and all slept comfortably. We were short rides to Wrigleyville and a little longer to downtown but was a great spot. Some of the guys in our group used the City rental bikes to commute back home from downtown area and didn't take too long. Also a great pub right beside the rental. Communication was excellent with the host. Really positive experience and would stay there again if I was with a large group in Chicago. 10/10 stay and our entire group echoed that!

Our group enjoyed our stay!

Our group of 8 stayed here for a weekend trip to Wrigley. We enjoyed our time at the property and it met all our needs. Dan was easy to communicate with and everything was as said in the listing. Loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe. Short walk to the train station for going to Wrigley and downtown.

Safe Neighborhood - Modern Units and Easy Parking

The two units were across the hall from each other. We locked the door to the building and were able to just leave the doors unlocked when we weren't sleeping and walk across the hall. The neighborhood was safe with a lot of restaurants close by. It was a pretty easy drive to downtown Chicago. We would book again for large groups.

Great experience

Overall very clean and very easy stay. We had 16 people and fit great. Dan was very responsive and helped answer questions ahead of time.

No Heating, hot water, oven

We did not have heating, hot water, or a working oven for the entirety of our stay in the 2R apartment. We have both apartments for a large group and all 15 of us had to shower and cook in one unit. We had emailed the owner about this all they did was drop off space heaters after we had already been there for 24 hours. It got down to 57 degrees inside the unit which is absolutely unacceptable. We will need a refund for at least 50% of our stay as we unable to do a anything but sleep in one of the units.

What. A. Neighborhood! Easy parking , many bars, walking distance to the train. The property was very secure and safe. Will absolutely stay here again!

Nice Place-Frustrating Service

The condos were very clean and spacious. The location was great. However, the communication and service was a bit frustrating. This was the definition of nickle and diming. The place was expensive and then as time got closer we had to keep paying more for things like parking. This would have been fine but I was required to pay in multiple different places. For example, the early check in had to be paid through Venmo, but the parking had to be paid via Vrbo. Then I had to take screen shots of every payment and send it to his personal phone since the Vrbo app doesn’t allow photos. Lastly, when we got there the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in there. He did send maintenance, but wouldn’t let me go into the adjoining room (that we had rented as well) with working AC while we waited because we had only paid for the early entry of one suite. We were sitting in the sauna for two hours before we were able to fix it ourselves. Overall, the location and building were very nice, but was a bit of a headache to rent.

Great Location! Accurate Description! Very Clean!

Overall, this was no doubt a 5 star stay for my group and I. The property was very clean and quite possibly the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on in a rental property. The location was a very short ride to the Wrigleyvile area and you could even bike or scooter there as well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and I never had to contact the owner once over the entire weekend. The check in process was super easy with the door codes as well. Highly recommend this property to any large group looking to spend some time in Chicago. Having 2 separate apartments in the same building was also extremely helpful rather than having all 10 guys cram into a single space.
