Exceptional villa designed by renowned German star architect Walter Brune, cleverly built into the hillside rocks of Le Rayol-Canadel, offering spectacular panoramic sea views and luxurious indoor and outdoor living spaces throughout the property.
Set on over 10,000 m², this estate—one of the largest in Le Rayol—features a meticulously landscaped Mediterranean garden as well as an extensive private forest to the east. Explore the many pathways or relax in one of the cleverly hidden scenic resting areas, thoughtfully placed throughout the grounds. Bordering a protected nature reserve, the property offers a rare sense of privacy and tranquility in an unspoiled environment.
From one of the highest points in Le Rayol, the villa enjoys breathtaking views across the coastline and the Îles d’Hyères, visible from all terraces and main living areas.
The pool area, conceived as a true outdoor living space, includes a summer kitchen and a professional Weber barbecue, ideal for memorable evenings under the Mediterranean sky.
The bedrooms are styled in a timeless Provençal design with handcrafted terracotta floors. The reception areas—including the main living room and dining room—offer a warm, vintage-inspired atmosphere, enhanced by original artworks and curated sculptures.
The master suite, located on the top floor, is a private retreat with its own terrace, sun loungers, and sweeping 180-degree sea views, offering complete privacy.
Spanning three floors, the main building features 5 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, library, separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a sheltered wooden terrace for outdoor dining. The ground floor includes a game lounge with pool table, darts board, and board games, plus an additional kitchenette and a separate outdoor lounge—perfect for unwinding in the evening.
The estate further offers an independent guest annex with a newly renovated suite comprising two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with sea views—perfect for family members, additional guests, or staff.
For guest comfort, the property includes regular pool maintenance and frequent terrace cleaning. Interior cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure.
Additional services are available on request and at extra cost, including mid-stay housekeeping, laundry service, and pre-arrival grocery shopping. Services such as childcare or on-site massages can also be arranged prior to arrival.
The elevated location provides direct access to the natural trails and mountainous area of Col du Rayol, popular for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking.
