Cocoonr offers this charming 35 m², east-facing, air-conditioned flat with swimming pool and jacuzzi for rent in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the garden level, it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 12 m² bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- An 8 m² shower room with shower and WC
- A separate WC
Outside area :
- A shared 6x4m swimming pool (heated), secured by a roller shutter and open from April to the end of October
- Jacuzzi available from 1 May to 30 September (on request only)
- A private gravel terrace of 8 m² and a private garden of 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Sant'Antonino hilltop village with panoramic views

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park.
