As you walk up the steps to the property's front door, you will find a first terrace with an outside dining area to your left and the front door to your right.

Enter the house into the spacious lobby.
To your right, you will find a comfortable double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
To your left, a door will lead you into the modern, fully equipped kitchen which is open to the good sized living and dining area.
The bay windows in the lounge give onto the outside terrace where you will be able to dine alfresco and appreciate the views onto the countryside and wooded hills.

From the dining area, a wooden staircase will lead you up to the two tastefully furnished and spacious double bedrooms as well as a large bath and shower room.

The grounds also count a heated and secured pool as well as a second terraced pool side barbecue and dining area. Accessed via stone steps up from the main entrance area, this space is ideal for delicious alfresco lunches and unforgettable fun family times around the pool.
