## Mendenhall Room

Stay in a private guest room within a remodeled Tudor-style home in Juneau's Mendenhall Valley. The Mendenhall Room is located on the **second level** and provides a comfortable and affordable home base for exploring the area.

The private room includes a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with large mirror, casual chair, and plenty of closet and floor space.

### Shared Home Environment

This is a private room within a **shared five-bedroom, three-bath home**. Guests have access to the home's shared kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room, laundry room, and three full bathrooms.

The kitchen features granite countertops and is stocked with supplies and equipment available for guests to use. You'll also have your own shelf in the refrigerator.

The home has a peaceful, roommate-style atmosphere. Other occupants may include longer-term residents, so guests should be comfortable sharing common areas and respecting the routines and privacy of others.

Common areas are cleaned twice per month and may not necessarily be cleaned immediately before your stay.

The property is in the Mendenhall Valley rather than Downtown Juneau, offering a more affordable alternative while remaining convenient to many popular destinations.

### Self Check-In

Self-check-in allows guests to arrive after the scheduled check-in time without needing to coordinate an in-person arrival. Your access code will be provided a few days before arrival.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

**Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee with advance notice.**
