    The property was just as it was stated on the website. The beach was not desirable. I will drive the extra miles to get clean white sand and blue water next time

    Very nice place and nice staff

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was here for a military school and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are flexible, work with you on the price, and ensure you are treated well. The amenities are perfect for a long term stay. Having access to a nice pool every day was also very good.

    Military Stay in Biloxi/Gulfport

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I must say that I was extremely impressed with my stay Gulf Coast Resort Rentals for their commitment to high-level customer service. There were numerous times during my 52 night stay that they were able to make special accommodations and numerous times they just checked-in with me to ensure my satisfaction. The property was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. The ocean view was spectacular! The carpet in the unit itself was outdated and in need of replacement. Note—Each unit is different as the actual owners have Gulf Coast Rentals rent them out during different times of the year -AND- some just like to collect a check. The property was definitely well maintained! I think the HOA and/or Gulf Coast Rentals makes sure of it!! The individual units are the responsibility of the owners and they can be in need of a serious deep-clean depending on if your dealing with a “slum lord” type owner. This description maybe a little strong, but it definitely makes the point. In other words, cabinets may be clean, dishes are done from previous occupants and the carpet has been vacuumed. The units will have stained carpets as well as dirt, lint and other particles behind pieces of furniture that haven’t been moved and cleaned behind. My fiancé and I like things clean—the only negative.The management team provided great customer service. Barb with Gulf Coast Resort Rentals was awesome!! The owner-another story. They wouldn’t even agree to split the costs of a deep cleaning on the carpet. I am military and wanted the carpet cleaned when my fiancé came to visit over Thanksgiving. What a cheapskate!!I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative for the views, friendliness of tenants and guests as well as location. I just warn them to negotiate a room that has been provided a little “TLC.” It’s the Gulf Coast

    Needs improvements

    The actual property was fine, the unit needs some work. Both patio doors did not lock. The screen doors on patio door in living room would not open or close. No dish soap in kitchen. Someone left a note in our door regarding moving any outside furniture due to a severe, possible tornado and left our unit open and unlocked while we were gone for dinner.
