Pet Friendly with a pool!
313 Fourth Ave right in the heart of West Cape May. 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, out side shower, gas bbq grill, pool, plenty of room for a group or the whole family to relax. Park your car and grab your bike, you are near shops, the beach, and the bird sanctuary.
Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. FRIDAY to FRIDAY rental June through August
AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED
- starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, cleaning products
- linens & bath towels
- Body Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner
- oil, salt & pepper
- automatic drip coffee maker
- Kuerig coffee maker, starter coffee pods and sugar
- washer/dryer
- stacked driveway parking for up to five cars
- gas grill
- outdoor lounge chairs
- outdoor shower
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Maximum capacity of 16 people. There are 6 bedrooms.
First floor master en suite with queen bed.
Second floor has master bedroom en suites with king bed. Another en suite with king sized bed. Two more bedrooms, one king and one queen with a shared Jack and Jill bath. Third floor has a family room with kitchenette and additional bedroom with two full sized day beds and two single trundles.
ENTERTAINMENT
Living room, as well as all bed rooms have TV's with Fire stick or smart features. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!
BEACH
There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 10 beach tags. If lost there is a $40 replacement fee. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
POOL/LAWN
Service comes weekly to clean/treat . Skimmer is available for guests to use as they need. Please observe the pool rules. Law service may arrive during your stay.
COMMUNICATION
Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Any further questions , not covered in this listing should be addressed directly with your rental agent as they will be able to answer you regarding the specifics of your property and lease agreement.
