Accessible via a few steps, the entrance opens onto a hall with guest WC. The spacious and bright living / dining room also includes a desk area and opens widely onto the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area, creating a convivial space to share moments with family or friends.

The villa offers four double bedrooms:

A master suite with a 180 x 200 cm bed and private shower room, located on the main level.

Three additional double bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, located on the garden level, each with its own shower room and WC, and opening directly onto the pool terrace.

This villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends, combining relaxation, comfort and an exceptional setting in one of the most sought-after estates in the region.

For your comfort: possibility to park one vehicle within the property, full air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, television and carefully selected furnishings.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,500 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €200.
