This home was just as described, quiet neighborhood and short drive to downtown. Nick stopped in shortly after we arrived with fresh baked cookies and was extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for our short stay . Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay while we were in the area to take in the DC sites. Nick was very responsive to our messages and our kids were impressed with the warm cookies! It was a great set up for us and our three kids. Thank you again for everything!

This is a great place to stay. The street was nice and quiet in the evening. Parking was no problem, right in front of the door. Neighbors were nice and friendly. The place itself is roomy, clean and can fit anyone needs. Has a very nice, large backyard. The whole process was easy and Nick, let me tell you he's top notch. He communicates quickly, answer questions, helps out with tourism and he brought some yummy cookies, I was impressed. You can't beat this VRBO rental.

DC Stray Kids Concert

Property was clean and easily accessible! Our host brought us cookies and asked if there was anything he could do for us. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a nice little area outside for a fire! Would most definitely recommend a stay here!

Great accommodations for a say in DC

We had a 2 day stay in DC and couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. They were very responsive and have done a great job restoring the property. They even had a great trip for parking by the monuments This was a nice location to get to the National Mall. There aren't a lot of restaurants immediately near, but at least within 15 minutes.

One night getaway

We came to DC for a concert and needed a one night accommodation. We were incredibly pleased with the location, the space, cleanliness, care from our host, and amenities. Would be happy to stay again!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. From the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special highlight was the homemade cookies the host brought over—such a warm and personal touch! They were absolutely delicious and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to stay.

Great stay

This place was a great place for our quick trip to Washington DC. The space was clean, very comfy, and close to all the dc attractions. The host was extremely friendly and very quick to respond to all my questions. He also made us some fresh delicious cookies. Everything about this place was great. I will definitely stay here again.

History lessons for our Granddaughters!

Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip! Great warm cookies Nick!

Just right!

Property was easy to find, convenient parking, and walking distance to a bus stop. Home was spotlessly clean and the host Nick was very easy to communicate with. It was perfect for our stay in DC. Very highly recommended, and look forward to booking again.

Great hospitality

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Shortly after arriving, even though it was late, the hosts came and greated us with a welcome package. They even helped us get my mom out of the car and into the house since it was raining and we didn't have our umbrella.

Washington DC weekend trip

Lovely, quiet home. Our host was wonderful! We had an emergency with our granddaugther and Nick was very quick to reponse with supplies and understanding! Very close to downtown and easy to navigate. Cute backyard space! And homemade cookies that were delicious! Thank you for a great visit!
