Welcome to this charming 19 m² studio apartment, located on the 5th floor (with lift).

Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it is ideally located near gardens, the Parc des Expositions and the Arena concert hall, perfect for exploring and enjoying Paris to the full.

The main living area, both functional and welcoming, includes a relaxation area with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa for your moments of rest.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook: hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (type...), crockery and utensils. A dining area with table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.

The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.


You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

The accommodation can be rented for a minimum of 30 days. A lease, deposit and inventory will need to be signed before you move in.


Please note that the elevator stops halfway up the floor. There are still a few steps to climb to reach the apartment.


All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.

Renting this flat requires the signing of a lease agreement, which is a legal obligation to be fulfilled in parallel with the booking.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of a breach of this rule.
