No overlooking neighbors and a beautiful view of the Conca valley from the side and rear of the villa.

Ground floor: Entrance, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area (45 sq m) opening onto a very large terrace, Bedroom 1 (180 x 200 cm bed) with a large wardrobe, Bedroom 2 (two 90 x 200 cm beds) with a large wardrobe, shower room, and separate WC. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.

Upstairs: A large 20 sq m room with a large desk, two armchairs, and a 180 x 200 cm bed plus a 90 x 200 cm bed.

Terrace: 50 sq m with a superb view of Favone cove (turquoise waters and a 700 m beach) with an 8-seater wooden lounge set and a separate lounge area overlooking the maquis (Mediterranean scrubland).

Amenities: Air conditioning in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, 2023 SCHMIDT kitchen with ceramic hob, 38L oven (including microwave), fridge-freezer, 14-place dishwasher, washing machine, cordless vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, drip coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines, kettle, toaster, satellite and internet TV, mini hi-fi system, Wi-Fi.

The villa has a 3.4 kW charging point for electric vehicles. Free for one vehicle; €50/week for a second vehicle.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on-site from the concierge.
