About this space
Private 3-bedroom home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to downtown Royal Oak, the Detroit Zoo, AMC Movie Theater, Oakland Mall, family park, amazing restaurants and local grocery stores-with access to all major freeways. This charming home has a deck, comes with parking, cookware, cooking utensils, keurig, towels, linens, pillows, 3 smart TV's, games, appliances also include washer and dryer. Finished basement with a movie theater. Large private fenced backyard with a playground.
The space
Guests have access to the whole house. Enjoy a fully furnished, bright lit home, with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a master bedroom upstairs. Finished basement includes a 65in smart TV with movie theater lighting, perfect for a movie family bonding. We also have board games, foosball table, and a gaming nook for you to enjoy! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. You'll find everything you need to cook or serve a meal. The kitchen is stocked with items essential for cooking.
