The accommodation
The 3-room apartment, 68 m2, in double exposure has recently been refurbished with quality furniture and equipment.
The kitchen is welcoming and bright and includes a pyrolysis oven, a dishwasher (2 washing tablets provided), an extractor hood, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee machine and a toaster...
The master bedroom with four-poster bed is ideal for a couple. The second bedroom can accommodate two children or adults with its single beds. In the living room, a sofa bed (10" express opening system) will accommodate 2 people.
Traveler access
Secure residence by digicode. Access to the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, secure kitchen, toilet (with washing machine) and bathroom.
With an extra €20 per stay, a parking space is available on request depending on availability.
Other remarks
The tourist tax of €0.50/person per night is included in the price.
TRAVELLER INSTRUCTIONS
-locate the trashcan room and drop them off when leaving
-use the key to close the door outside (you can't slam it)
-please turn off the heating when leaving
-fiber optic internet: network name and wi-fi code on the box
-bed linen and towels are provided
KITCHEN
-5 Nespresso coffee capsules are offered to you free of charge; to use the COFFEE MAKER: press the on button, wait for the buttons to stop flashing (about 30"), lift the lever (the previous capsule will fall off) and put in a capsule, revive the lever, put the glass/coffee cup (middle cupboard in the middle) and press briefly either the "small cup" button for an espresso, or the "large cup" button for a long coffee; at the end of use, turn off the coffee maker.
-coffee maker, kettle, teapot are at your disposal on the counter
-knives and other blunt kitchen utensils are in the inner drawer of the cutlery drawer
-we thank the little explorers for not penciling the walls...
TOURISM, SERVICES
For the family, as a couple, solo: the largest museum of the sea NAUSICAA with its giant aquarium and many other activities! 20-25' on foot or 5' by car (large parking in front).
Walks: the tumultuous sea... even more beautiful on windy days!
And the beach*** between June-September for the more adventurous, otherwise July and August for the most chilly!
The coastal path (the walk both at the bottom and at the top of the ramparts) offers a beautiful view of the city, the parks and gardens; access to the upper promenade is open between 7:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. (October-March) and from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. the rest of the year.

Access to the ramparts through the gate (pedestrian, accessible for people with reduced mobility and strollers) des Degrés (South-West), 50-100 meters from the apartment.
Shopping: Casino Supermarket Place Lumière (5' walk, parking complicated)
Where to eat:
-For seafood gourmets: the morning market (some stalls remain open until 5 p.m.) with fish and seafood on the port (Quai Gambetta) with its products caught the same morning - typical of the coast, but all the richer in the largest French fishing port. 15' walk from the apartment.
-The many restaurants in the old town (including the bistronomic "l'Ilôt vert" rue de Lille, reservation recommended, closed on Sundays), the restaurants on Place Dalton (including a Japanese one, "l'Entrepôt" - simple and good cuisine or "La table de Nicolas" - more sophisticated cuisine with fresh products), the couscous La Strega (Porte Gayole 10' walk or 2' by car; usual meal times: 12pm-2pm and 7pm-9:30pm (be careful, in Boulogne's restaurants there is usually no cook after 2pm!)
The excellent bakery Place Dalton open even on Sundays until 1pm, on other days until 7pm.
The market (80% farm products) on Dalton Square on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
