Composed of a main building and two independent maisonettes in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden, this property offers a unique, friendly and perfectly equipped living space for unforgettable reunions.

The Configuration of the Property
1. The Main House (on courtyard and garden):
Living spaces: A large warm living room and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen.
Floors (1st and 2nd): 4 bedrooms in total. The distribution includes 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, as well as 2 bathrooms with toilets.

2. The First Maisonette (in the enclosed garden): An independent space consisting of 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) and a bathroom with WC.

3. The Second Maisonette (in the enclosed garden):
An outbuilding ideal for children or friends with 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with 2 single beds and a large bedroom with 4 single beds with its TV area. It also has a bathroom and separate toilet.

The Outside: A garden/courtyard area overlooking the street, a garden equipped with outdoor furniture with a large fixed barbecue for your summer meals, as well as a private parking lot.

Important information & House rules
Security deposit: A deposit of €1,500 by cheque (not cashed) or bank transfer will be required on arrival when you hand over the keys. It will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures at the end of the tenancy if no damage is found.

Cleaning: The property is entrusted to you in an impeccable state of cleanliness and must be returned identically. If you prefer not to worry about it, an optional cleaning package is available: €130 (€150 for groups and associations).

Linen: Bedding is not provided by default. All beds on the property are standard single beds (90x190). They have adapted pillows and duvets.
