Thank you for your feedback. A few of these comments were surprising to us. The bedside lamp does have access to an outlet, and the home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, so the refrigerator size has never been an issue for the vast majority of stays. We were also surprised by the fireplace comment, as no previous guest has ever expressed confusion about it. Regarding the remotes, batteries occasionally go missing or are misplaced between stays, which unfortunately can happen despite our inspection process. The comment about the deck being “unusable” was particularly unexpected. The deck is one of the most enjoyed features of the property, and we are not aware of any condition during your stay that would have made it unusable. In fact, outdoor space is regularly highlighted by guests as one of the home’s strengths. As for the staircase, there is both a staircase light within the stairwell and additional lighting outside the stairwell area. We certainly encourage guests to use appropriate lighting, just as they would in any multi-level home. We are not aware of any unusual safety concerns, nor have we previously received comments regarding the stairs. What many guests specifically love about this home are its unique architectural features and character. The design elements, layout, and charm of the property are often mentioned positively in reviews, so it is unusual to see those same features presented as negatives. We are pleased to hear you found the home clean and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We appreciate all feedback and will continue working to provide a great experience for future guests.
