Discover this magnificent, tastefully renovated farmhouse offering peace and quiet, space and comfort, just 3 minutes from the village and 20 minutes from the beaches by car.
With a surface area of approximately 250 m², it can accommodate up to 12 people and has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The living areas are spacious, bright and fully equipped for stays with family or friends.
Outside, enjoy a beautiful tree-lined terrace, private parking for three vehicles and peaceful surroundings. Located at 8 Lomelec in Pluneret, the farmhouse is ideally situated between the countryside and the Gulf of Morbihan, Auray and the beaches.
This house is located in a very quiet, family-friendly hamlet. The owner's house is located next door. As such, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
It comprises:
On the ground floor:
- Entrance hall with storage space.
- Bedroom 1 (accessible to people with reduced mobility) with private entrance via the terrace: 180×200 cm double bed, private shower room with WC.
- Bedroom 2: 180×200 cm double bed, storage space and private shower room.
- Separate WC.
- Spacious living room with dining table seating up to 12 people and direct access to the terrace.
- Lounge with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television and wood-burning stove.
- Semi-open, fitted and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and washing machine.
Upstairs:
- Relaxation area.
- Bedroom 3: 180×200 cm double bed, storage space and private shower room.
- Separate WC.
- Bedroom 4: 180×200 cm double bed, storage space and private shower room with WC.
- Suite with 180×200 cm double bed, storage space, two 90×190 cm single beds and private shower room with WC.
Outside:
- Private parking for up to three vehicles (electric socket available on request).
- Terrace at the front of the house with sun loungers.
- Terrace at the rear with garden furniture, tables and chairs.
