Welcome home! “no worries - be happy” waterfront retreat! Spacious, inviting and serene space. Away from it all you’ll focus on rest and relaxation. You'll feel like you're at your own private beach. Go swimming, floating or just soak in the sun! Feeling lucky? Great fishing spot, but the piers are not mine! Blackstone or gas grill and outdoor games like horseshoes and bags! Most importantly lounge! Just lounge on the huge back patio.
WONDERFUL VIEW and unlimited Wave Therapy is included!

Get the best view of the lake, the piers and your family from the porch vantage. Rest and relax on chairs under the porch or dine outdoors on the picnic table. Six coastal colored adirondack chairs near the water for sunbathing or enjoy some wine around the fire-pit on the beach.
Boat ramp within blocks and CC State Park is across the lake for night fishing or kayaking.

Post OG concerts are 17 miles away.
Corpus is 55 Min drive.

Perfect weekend getaway

Fun weekend get away w close friends and our kids. Spacious house that gives you coastal /lake vibe and a feeling of the country. We saw Deer every evening and morning. Sitting by lake gives you a nicr coastal breeze. Highly recommend this property.

Bigger than expected

The house was very nice. Exactly as it showed in the pictures but was bigger than we thought it was. We were attending an event at The Post in Orange Grove. This house was a 25 minute drive but it was the size we needed and they accepted our pups. I would definitely rent again.

Great stay with extended family

This was the perfect place to spend a week with the inlaws and my grown children. Everyone had room to have their own space but gather together for meals and games. There were many requests for mom to make the favorite meals and the kitchen was stocked so I could comply. The many deer that surround the property kept us all entertained as we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake.

Amazing Place Right on the Water!

The home felt like it was designed for entertaining. Huge backyard with room to toss a baseball. The fact you could walk right up to the water was amazing! Quiet and relaxing. Morning coffee on the water with a fishing pole, and you won't want to leave. Excellent communication from the owner. Will rent again!

Beautiful Place

Recommended a deeper cleaning. Spoke with Joe regarding our concerns and he was very appreciative of our concerns. All in all great place. We took our pontoon boat and was able to launch just down the street and tie up at the house. Very enjoyable.

Beautiful home!

Rented this house with a group of friends and their young kids and all of us loved this home. It was very secluded and we didnt see a single person out there, which we loved. There are 2 small hills going down to the water so it was a little bit of a work out going back and forth from the water to the house. The house also doesnt have a pier. Overall, this house was great, had everything one would need, check in and check out was super easy, and the host was very friendly and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner.

Lakeside Lodging

My friends and I completely enjoyed our stay in Sandia. We needed a place that was somewhat close to The Ranch at San Patricio - as the entire area is quite remote. This worked great for us. It was a 40 minute drive to The Ranch at San Patricio, where we were attending a weeding on Sat. We could have stayed a bit closer, but we preferred to have a kitchen where we could prepare food, and visit as a group, rather than a hotel. And the price for the VRBO, was so similar to the cost of a hotel that we were glad we opted for that. The living area is VERY comfortable and spacious with a great tv. The back patio is large and can accommodate many. The yard is well manicured and there are chairs at the lakes edge to enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked amazing. The kitchen had all we needed to have meals there. Joe was very prompt to answer questions, and prior to our arrival sent very detailed instructions on what we needed to do and any questions that we had. It was a great experience.

Great stay

We had an amazing time! The house was picture picture, beautifully decorated and very clean. The little beach cove was amazing. It felt so private and peaceful. There were deer and rabbits around as well. We could not have picked a better place to stay.

Father's Day Getaway

Loved our stay here. The pictures don't do it justice. The house and property were gorgeous. The view was beautiful. We had a deer drinking from the beach soon after we arrived. Contact was quick and easy. Fast response to any and all questions. Only tip...microwave is powerful. If you make popcorn...stay close by, it will cook fast.
