In the heart of the unspoiled coastline of South Finistère, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, 15 minutes by car, you will be surrounded by hiking trails while being 500m from Kersidan beach, with its fine sand and turquoise waters (10 minutes on foot) and Dourveil beach for surfers!

The property, on enclosed grounds, features a heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a futsal pitch, a mini-golf course, a barbecue and a terrace.

A real private holiday club!

With a capacity of 4 bedrooms for 12 people, this beach house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The house is classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation 2*" for 10 people.

It has a living room with a seating area, a kitchen area and a dining area.

Of course, all the amenities are provided for a pleasant stay: internet, television, DVD & CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine.

There are four bedrooms: one double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dormitory with six single (bunk) beds on the ground floor; upstairs, two double bedrooms, one of which has a travel cot for a baby. The house sleeps 12 but is ideal for 10 people.

You have the entire property at your disposal, with all its amenities (swimming pool, tennis, futsal, mini-golf) on over 4000m2 of enclosed land, 500m from the beach.

The heated swimming pool is available from May to September with the possibility of opening from Easter and even until All Saints' Day depending on the weather.

When it is a booking for a weekend, the departure time is pushed back to 3pm on Sunday (10am departure only for bookings from Saturday to Saturday).

A liability waiver is required from the tenant, releasing the owner from all responsibility in case of an accident on the property.

Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen are not provided.
