The entire apartment is accessible and you can use the domaine swimming pool freely. The swimming pool open in May if the weather is good, or in June, from 8am to 9am (for swimmers) and from 9am to 8pm for all people. The swimming-pool close at the end of September.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.

However, the accommodation must be left in good condition, all rubbish bins must be emptied and disposed of and the dishes must be clean. If no, additional cleaning hours will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

For late arrival, you will have the possibility to collect the keys of your accommodation in a secured key box ; the code as well as the access information to the apartment will be given to you beforehand.

The flat is 2 minutes from a super market, 2 minutes from the Saint Paul de Vence village, 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Cannes or Nice and close enough to the mountains that it doesn't feel like a day trip.

It is also nearby a newly opened luxury open air shopping mall called Polygone Riviera.

There is private parking at the flat.

By plane: the airport is 10km away.

By train: Cagnes sur Mer train station is 4km away

By car: The A8 motorway is 4km away (right next the the train station)

Saint Paul de Vence is well known for its art, beautiful medieval village and stunning views from within the village walls. The flat is on a long road called La Route des Serres, which is full of views of the village, sea and valleys.
