Check-in & Check-out:
Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged depending on availability and could incur an additional charge. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, with late check-out options also subject to availability and potential extra fees. Please contact the Reservations or Guest Experience team to request early check-in or late check-out in advance.
• Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 may be required to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
• No Party Policy:
This property maintains a strict no-party, no-gathering policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Violations will result in a minimum automatic charge of £2,000. Legal action may be pursued under the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.
• No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. An additional fee of £300 will be applied for any violations, including costs associated with additional cleaning or damage caused by smoke.
• Damage Policy:
Guests are required to report any damages or missing inventory items within 48 hours of check-in. Unreported damages or losses may result in additional charges. The host reserves the right to recover costs for any unreported incidents after this period.
