By day, Amanda is a healthcare professional, and Peter is an engineer, but together we share a passion for restoring Fort Worth’s historic charm. We believe in the beauty of history, which is why we focus on renovating well-loved homes to create cozy and inviting spaces for our guests.
Fort Worth is booming with new developments, but we take pride in restoring homes that have stood the test of time. When you stay with us, you're not just in a place—you're experiencing a piece of Fort Worth’s rich history, thoughtfully updated for modern comfort.
To ensure your experience is seamless, you may also hear from Judy, our wonderful property manager, who helps us keep everything running smoothly. We’re a dedicated team committed to making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. As a small business, we take pride in supporting our community by employing locally sourced talent.
When we’re not busy renovating homes, you’ll find us on the pickleball court or exploring local parks with our fun-loving French Bulldog, Folly! If you’re into pickleball (or want to give it a shot), check out The Picklr in West Fort Worth for a great game and good vibes.

Our homes are older properties that have been thoughtfully updated and remodeled to provide you with an affordable and enjoyable place to stay. While we’re not a luxury property, we believe in offering great value, cozy spaces, and all the essentials you need for a comfortable visit.
Located just minutes from some of Fort Worth's best attractions, including the Fort Worth Zoo Aquarium, the Stockyards, and Downtown Fort Worth, there’s plenty to explore nearby! Be sure to check out the Fort Worth Water Gardens, Sundance Square, and the historic Kimbell Art Museum, all within easy reach of our homes.
If something doesn’t feel quite right upon your arrival, please reach out to us right away! We always strive to provide a seamless experience, but if we don’t know about an issue, we can’t fix it. As we like to say, “If we don’t know, we don’t grow!” It's much easier for us to resolve any concerns promptly if we hear from you during your stay or as soon as an issue arises.
