First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two).

Outside:
- A 35 m² south-facing private terrace, opening onto a 25 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. (a 10-minute walk away).

Activities :
You'll be close to many trails to explore Luz, including the famous Pont Napoléon.
You'll also have direct access to the great natural sites of the Pyrenees: the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Pic du Midi, the Col du Tourmalet, the Pont d'Espagne and many others.
A 5-minute walk will take you to the swimming pool, the free shuttle bus to Luz Ardiden resort and the thermal baths.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
