Summary:
This charming historical home is part of a 6plex located in fantastic Midtown Mobile on Old Shell Rd. At this beautifully restored 1906 home, you’re right in the middle of the action. Mobile Infirmary is right across the street making this a popular spot with traveling nurses and families. Downtown Mobile is 10 mins away with all of the great history of this shipping city. We're 40 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of both Gulf Shores and Dauphin Island.

The Space:
This one bedroom unit it downstairs and has a deck for your private use and overlooks the back yard area. It has a big, brand new big screen smart Tv in living room and master bedroom. There our spots for you to park right outside your door. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped for your stay. You will love this unit!
Guest Access:
Your unit is very private. You will love the neighborhood! You can walk around and check all the historic homes! There are two restaurants, the Dew Drop that has daily lunch specials with a meat and vegetables, burgers and their famous hot dogs. Also Nixon’s bar and grill known for their delicious adult grilled cheese!
There are two designated parking spots in the back of the property, next to the entrance to your unit.
The Neighborhood:
This is a great midtown neighborhood! Feel free to walk around and see all the historic homes! The Dew Drop restaurant and Nixon’s bar and grill are a close walk away!
Getting Around:
Uber is available and there are multiples bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance! Electric scooters are available to get around the downtown area!
Other Things to Note:
You will enter the property through a lane to the left of the guest house and you have access to two parking spots that are labeled in the parking lot right in front of your private deck. Please let us know how many vehicles you have. If you only have one vehicle we could let a guest from the front units use your extra spot. They only have access to one dedicated spot, so if it’s available we could offer them one of your spots.
Pets: No cats allowed! Dogs are allowed with a $100 fee per dog. There is a maximum of two dogs no larger than 75 pounds each. Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. Please let us know if you're bringing your furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee. The fee will be added to the cost of your nightly charge. Guests must keep dogs on a leash when outdoors, and clean up after their pets. Guests who bring a dog without notification could face penalty.
