This apartment is in the heart of midtown Houston, in a newly remodeled building shared by only a few other units! This apartment is a light, bright, apartment close to Downtown, Montrose, and the Med Center! It is also walking distance to Whole Foods and many vibrant bars/restaurants. We have high-speed wifi (94 Mbps) and have one parking space in our gated parking lot. Only a few blocks from Metro Rail.

Unit #1 is downstairs. Early check ins and late check outs can sometimes be accommodated for an additional $50 fee.

Guest have access to 1 assigned parking spot in the premises. Paid street parking available.

We have Ring cameras on the front door and laundry room. Other security cameras monitor the building exterior.

Our AC thermostats remain locked to avoid overworking the AC units and freezing them. To change the degrees, please send a request to the host. Any frozen coils due to setting AC down or heating element damage due to high temperature setting will be the responsibility of the guest if Nest is tampered with. If you wish to have the A/C set to below 70 degrees or above 75 degrees during your stay, this listing is not the right fit for you and we encourage you to find another great listing for your stay.

Utilizing our electricity for crypto mining is not permitted in this unit.

We cannot allow cats or aggressive breeds per our insurance policy. Other pets are welcome for a $100 fee per pet.
