Villa Résonance

Enjoy the island of Ré in this charming house with private pool, located in the heart of Sainte-Marie, less than 800 meters from the beach and a few steps from the Place d'Antioche. Ideal for holidays with family or friends!

From the entrance, you discover a master bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom, accompanied by an independent toilet for more comfort.

On the other side of the house, a corridor leads to two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, completed by a second bathroom.

The living room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows overlooking the garden, opens directly onto the terrace and the pool. You will be able to enjoy sunny meals, moments of relaxation by the water or convivial evenings with family or friends.

The pool is secure and heated (from May to September).

The private parking allows to park up to two vehicles with ease.

From the house, you can stroll through the streets of the village, discover its local shops, enjoy a coffee on the terrace or go for a bike ride on the many bike paths of the island. The beach, accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot, offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sea air.

The Place Antioche with its market and shops is located 300 meters from the house. You can easily stroll every morning to buy fresh products or enjoy a coffee on the terrace.

The cycle paths, located in the immediate vicinity, will allow you to discover the Île de Ré by bike in peace: between salt marshes, typical villages and wild beaches, the change of scenery is guaranteed.
