This cottage is located in the middle of nature, in a quiet area, on a 10-hectare wooded plot of land and which offers the possibility of beautiful walks. Its shaded arcades allow you to relax and take meals outside. Sunbathing and petanque court are available. The St-Clar leisure center is 3 km away and offers many water activities (kayaking, towed buoy, personal watercraft, paddle, pedal boat, slides and flyboard). The magnificent bastide of St-Clar is 1.5 km away. It has all the shops and an "Intermarché". All summer long, many activities are offered, often around garlic of which the village is the capital; gourmet markets, tunade, garlic festival... This cottage is located 15 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance and in the middle of a rich heritage to discover. Possibility to sleep 6. The 110 m2 cottage has two bedrooms, each with a 140/190 bed, a TV lounge whose two boat beds arranged in a bench seat allow you to have two additional beds of 80/190 and 70/180. A dining kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower. Separate toilet.
