The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 45 m² cottage for rent in Coursegoules, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a splendid view of the countryside and faces south.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright 20 m² living room with double sofa bed and dining area (which can be extended to seat 6)
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, hob, utensils, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor (mezzanine):
- A sleeping area with a double sofa bed and washbasin
Outside:
- A private, enclosed south-facing garden of 40 m², with furniture to enjoy the views over the countryside
- A 6 m² terrace accessible from the entrance (steep staircase) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The accommodation is ideally located in the centre of Coursegoules, in very pleasant surroundings.
This charming little medieval village of 500 inhabitants is set in a peaceful setting at an altitude of 1,000 m.
All the essential shops are close at hand.
Activities :
- Horse riding, numerous walks and mountain biking.
- Around 45 minutes by car from the beaches of the Côte d'Azur
- Close to the Gréolières les Neiges ski resort
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby (public car park).
Two charging points for electric vehicles are available in the free communal car park (less than 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Railway stations: Antibes, Nice about 45 min by car
- Nearest airport: Nice Méditerranée, about 45 minutes by car

- The nearby Lou Baoumoun flat can accommodate 2 additional travellers.
- Ceiling height in the kitchen and shower room is 2 m
- The stairs to the first floor and outside are steep
- Bed linen and towels included
