This warm and comfortable one-bedroom apartment features a large covered and ventilated terrace, a air-conditioned bedroom, a bright living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed to provide excellent comfort even on hot days, it is ideal for a relaxing stay, surfing, or discovering the north of Martinique in a calm and natural setting.
The Space:
The apartment includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The large covered terrace is a true additional living space. It is equipped with two ceiling fans, providing constant natural airflow and excellent thermal comfort, even during the hottest hours of the day. Located just a few meters from the beach, this space is perfect for dining, relaxing, or working outdoors in a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment as well as the private terrace.
The beach is directly accessible from the residence, with no road to cross.
The apartment is located in a quiet condominium, ideal for rest and relaxation.
