Newly renovated in 2022. This 3 Bed 1 Bath sleeps 9 guests & features upgraded luxury Vinyl Plank flooring & new furniture. Brand New Bedroom furniture featuring very comfortable Memory Foam mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with Quartz countertops, Microwave, Stove, Water Filter Pitcher, Keurig coffee machine w/ pods, Ninja Blender, cooking supplies & a refrigerator/freezer. 2 Bedrooms feature queen size beds with 12 inch memory foam & 1 bedroom features a Full over Full Bunk Beds. One bedroom & the living room each has a 43” Smart TV w/ Chromecast & free Nerflix. Dining table sits 6 guests and the living room sleeper recliner sofa sleeps 1 person.

Workstation sits 2 guests.

There’s 1 Carport & 2 additional uncovered parking spots on the driveway. The property is fully fenced and features a very large backyard.

Access to on premises Washer & Dryer can be provided to long-term stay guests.

Simple and cozy

Stayed for work that lasted 2.5 weeks. Everything we wanted to do outside of work was within a 30min drive. Was exactly what we needed while being simple but cozy! Host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you!

Very nice home. +

My family and I had a great time at this home. My mom especially enjoyed her stay. She was in love with the kitchen. It is very spacious and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of natural light too.

No issues had in the neighborhood, but it was a little sketchy. There was a chewed up straw on the couch, open drink in fridge. Otherwise appeared clean. Felt like the location was good.

Fantastic Stay

This is a smaller house tucked into a random neighborhood, but it's in a great location and those aren't bad things at all. It's got four beds (counting the bunk as two) and a couch so it can easily sleep five people assuming each get separate beds—more if they're sharing. Modern interior with a smart television and a full kitchen. Comes with a smart thermostat and quality air conditioning. Has everything I could possibly want for a trip with friends and family. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Overall suit our needs. My sister was having surgery at Adventhealth. Flatware was lacking, not enough towels for 3 woman. A broom or dust pan would have heloed.

Never ever!

We messaged the owner saying we would be there a little early heard nothing in response, we were in Orlando for the Post Malone concert just me and my 12 year old. The cleaner was still there when we got there so we sat outside as we were early. After she left we checked in the base boards were filthy my daughter went to lay in a bed and the pillows smelt like they were never washed in the bunkbed room there patched wholes in the walls we went to go get food and literally the next road homeless all at the park, we got an Uber to the concert after came back and the neighbor across the street mind you it was 12am multiple cars in and out in the 15 mins we were back. I didn’t attempt to reach out to the owner again as there was never a response with our first message well at 12:35 am we left and drove 4 hours home because we both were scared to stay.

Great place to rent ,just minor issues

House was very nice and clean . Renter called making you feel like you were being watched ,people came by for a package . Had company over and received a call from property owner about how many people were at the house . Made me feel very uncomfortable . Towel was stained from hair color and a claim was made by property manager. Overall house and everything else was great .

Horrible experience

Was in a horrible neighborhood. Glass on roads. House wasn't what it said on line. Overall experience with Verbo...-100. you guys customer service is horrible. Having to get a lawyer to get a measley 700 dollars back for a house I didnt stay in

We arrived to the property late (1 am) due to a late flight. I had received instructions for how to enter the property once I booked, so no issue there. However, when we got there we didn’t see the keypad on the door. It’s small and very easy to miss if you pull all the way into the drive way. We were struggling for 10 minutes trying to get into the property from a lock box on the side of the house. Granted it was late- I didn’t expect the property manger to be up, so I will give grace for them not answering when we called. However after I called VRBO customer service, is when the property manager called us back. They explained where the keypad was and then we were able to get in. Moving on to the neighborhood, it was SKETCHY, not the nicest part. Once inside, it smelled like smoke. It was hard to sleep due to the stench. There was hair in the closet, in the shower and dog hair on the beds. We stayed that night due to not having any other option, given we had already paid. We decided to get a hotel, because we felt uncomfortable staying there another night. If you’re visiting FL with family & young kids I would consider other options. The only thing I can say is - It looks exactly like it does on the pictures listed.

Dirty property and bad communication...

About a week before I was supposed to stay at this property, I reached out to the owner to see if there was a possibility of checking in early since my partner and I would already be in the area. I would've been totally okay with being told no, but instead I got no response... all week. The day of check-in rolls around and I reach out one more time to double-check, but I get the same: no response. We go to check-in, and see that the place is very obviously dirty: sticky floors, dirty utensils in the clean drawer, a sink that had leftover food stains from the last renter, dirty shower, etc. My partner and I started to clean, and I reached out to the property owner to report the issue. This time they did respond pretty quickly, but only to deny my claims that the place was left dirty and to ask for evidence. I tried to attach photos, but for some reason Vrbo wouldn't let me attach anything. I told this to the property owner and asked for a phone number or another way to contact them and show the evidence, but this message got completely ignored. I will say that the property was conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood, but other than that the experience was horrible.

Almost Perfect

The house was exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood. The only reason they didn’t get a perfect scores because we didn’t have control of air conditioner. The first night the air conditioner get setting itself to 75 every two hours. I kept having to get up and set it lower. I contacted the owner who promptly responded saying the previous tenant had messed with it and it would’ve fixed when we returned from our outing. Once we return the air was completely off so I contacted the owner again who fixed it remotely. But locked it with a code and informed me that the air was locked at 70 degrees. So we were hot all night without control or possibility of cooling down the house.

very nice place

Check in was easy. we had extra accommodations that were met before we checked in. Location is convenient to parks and downtown. some outside seating would be nice, the location/neighborhood is interesting but overall it was a great stay! would do again for sure
