The property is part of the OCEAN WATCH VILLAS community where the sand, surf and beachside pool are just steps away. Enjoy an enviable location in the heart of Surf City, close to the pier, local restaurants, beach shops, and live music venues. Two oceanfront covered porches offer gorgeous views. You’ll also love the modern kitchen and well-appointed bedroom suites.

The upper-level GREAT ROOM features two seating areas and a 52” flat-screen television equipped with Roku where you can watch a family movie or catch up on your favorite series. Step onto the covered porch and sip your morning coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise and the surfers catch a wave. The fully equipped, modern kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy casual dining at the kitchen island with seating for four. The dining table seats eight and is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite cuisine or celebrate a special event. A recently renovated powder bath is convenient to the great room space.

BEDROOM SUITES This property sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and include a flat-screen TV equipped with Roku.

The SOUND SUITE is located on the third floor. It is furnished with a king-size bed and Stearns and Foster mattress. The suite includes a private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets as well as views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Surf City Bridge. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

The OCEAN SUITE is located on the second floor. It is furnished with a king-size bed and a Stearns and Foster mattress; it includes an ocean-front covered porch with chaise chairs. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The ISLAND SUITE is located on the second floor. It features a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The PALMA SUITE is located on the second floor. It is furnished with a king-size bed and Simmons Beautyrest mattress. The suite includes a private balcony with sunset views as well as the Intercoastal Waterway and the Surf City Bridge. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The SURF SHACK is a first-floor room with a queen-size Murphy bed and smart television. This room has a door that opens onto the carport and is close to the outdoor shower. It is a casual sleeping space and does not include an ensuite bathroom.

EXTRA AMENITIES include a community pool, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit elevator, a washer/dryer, e-Space, a library exchange, a wine exchange, and beach chairs. Linens and beach towels are also provided for your convenience; all beds are made up prior to check-in. The carport provides tandem parking for three vehicles.
