Independent, the house has an enclosed and flat garden, perfect for moments of relaxation outside. Its peaceful environment in the heart of the Armorique regional park, near the greenway and the Landes du Cragou, makes it a privileged starting point or break for hiking, cycling and discovering the territory, while allowing you to easily radiate to the tourist sites of the area. The house is ideally located 40 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec, 20 minutes from the Valley of the Saints of Carnoët, and 10 minutes from the exceptional forest of Huelgoat. You can also access the Vélodyssée located 300 meters from my house.
Inside, you will be seduced by the beautiful volumes and the soft atmosphere that this house completely renovated in 2025 with noble materials and a neat decoration exudes.
The house has a large living room including living room, dining room and kitchen from the entrance. You will be seduced by the magnificent stone fireplace dominating the living room, a place conducive to your convivial evenings and moments of rest.
