From May to September, Villa Poirier becomes a spacious holiday home fully oriented towards outdoor living, ideal for stays with family or friends. With 290 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults and 6 children, offering well-designed spaces to enjoy the summer days from morning to evening. Life naturally flows between the house, the swimming pool and the terraces, in a friendly, calm and natural atmosphere.

🏊‍♀️ Pool & outdoor areas, the heart of summer

As soon as water temperatures allow, from May 1st to November 1st, the heated 10 × 5 m swimming pool becomes the central feature of your stay. Secured by a rolling cover, it is surrounded by synthetic grass and sun loungers, perfect for alternating between swimming, relaxing and family time.

The pool is taken out of winter storage between April 15th and May 15th, depending on weather conditions, and returned to winter storage on November 1st.

From the summer kitchen, perfectly suited for informal meals, you have direct access to the pergola-covered terrace, equipped with large tables. Barbecues, shaded lunches, long dinners and evenings under a starry sky set the rhythm of summer days.

🌿 A large natural garden

The 8,800 m² garden, landscaped and open to the surrounding countryside, is maintained using reasoned mowing to preserve biodiversity. You may encounter taller grass, wildflowers or dandelions, a deliberate choice to maintain the natural character of the property. Silence, open space and clear skies provide an ideal setting for relaxation and outdoor play.

Children’s facilities
Swing set, ping-pong table, indoor and outdoor games, and a dedicated dormitory, perfect for summer evenings and cousins’ sleepovers.

Adult spaces
Outdoor seating areas, covered barbecue and several living rooms, allowing everyone to enjoy the stay at their own pace.

Guests enjoy fully private access to the house, garden and outdoor areas.
The swimming pool is accessible year-round and heated from May 15th to November 1st, subject to weather conditions.
