The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool for rent in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, in the hills above Ile Rousse. With a surface area of 230 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a private heated infinity pool offering panoramic views of the sea and the maquis, in a quiet and relaxing environment.

It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The villa is laid out as follows:
On level 1:
- A 60 m² living room with large lounge, TV, sofas, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with a bathroom (with shower) and toilet
- Separate toilet

On level 2:
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200) with a bathroom (with shower) and toilet
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (180×200) with a bathroom (with shower) and toilet
- Bedrooms 4 & 5: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a shared bathroom (with shower)
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 10m x 3m private heated infinity pool on level 1 offering panoramic views of the sea and the maquis. Open from May 1 to September 30.
- A 60 m² terrace (north-west facing) on level 2 with furniture for enjoying sunny days
- A 150 m² terrace (north-west facing), located on level 1 around the pool with furniture to enjoy sunny days (sun loungers, outdoor bed, sofa, armchair, hanging chair, large parasols, deck chairs)
- A 600 m² enclosed private garden

The villa is ideally located in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, at the top of the village, in the heart of the maquis, in a very pleasant setting. It enjoys exceptional views of the sea and the maquis, and is very peaceful, while still being close to the village shops (restaurants, bars, etc.). You will also be just 6 km from L'Île-Rousse and its beaches.

Activities:
- Hiking and trails around the village. Take the paths through the maquis from Santa-Reparata
- Discover the most beautiful villages of Balagne, San Antinino and Monticello (accessible on foot from the house via hiking trails), Pina and the picturesque hamlets of U Poghju, Alzia, San Bernardinu, and Palmentu
- Boat trips around Ile Rousse (day trips or aperitifs at sea), Calvi and to the coves, Scandola Nature Reserve or Agriates Desert and its magnificent beaches

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 vehicles).

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- A car or motorcycle is essential.
- Port of L'Ile Rousse: ferry arrival 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 40 minutes away by car (daily flights).

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and reservation management service) and a local concierge service.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a reasonable state of cleanliness and to clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- The accommodation has a security system. The cameras (facing outside) are deactivated during stays
