Just 20 min to Nashville! Amazing views! Peaceful setting!

Hilltop House is nestled on the hills surrounding Nashville. Close enough to visit the city but secluded enough to enjoy nature, this new home and unique location boasts some of the best views in the Nashville area. Hilltop House is a four bedroom and three and a half bath home. The home has an open floor plan with twenty foot ceilings in the living room area. The master bedroom has an attached full bath with large shower and soaking tub. The bunk room also has its own full bath attached. We have a full kitchen to prepare meals and a dining area. People love to sit on our large front porch and enjoy the views. We also have a fire pit in the back and another porch area. Our homes are about a quarter of a mile off the road on top of a large hill that overlooks the surrounding areas. There are few properties like this in all of Nashville.

Perfect spot for us!

Loved our stay with my extended family. We loved the views from the porch and all the comfy beds. Great location close enough to town but out enough to be totally quiet.

Super peaceful and a great place just to get away for a bit. And then it's only a 20-minute drive back into "civilization". Lol! Very attentive hosts and a nice home. As realtors always say, "Location, location, location." This place has that in spades. Great stay!

Great place

Great place for a group or small family to gather. Host was very helpful and always answering quickly. We all felt like we were at home during our stay. We had 14 people in the house and we had places to sleep and a great gathering spot with the kitchen and living room. Plus the views and time to sit and unwind on the porch were an added bonus.

Nice house in the mountains.

The house was very nice with items that were necessary. It was a beautiful home. It would be great for a getaway where you didn’t have many activities away from the home. We didn’t know how far up a mountain it was on such rough terrain.

40th Birthday Gathering

This was 12 friends getting together from all over the United States to celebrate our friends 40th birthday. The house was beautiful and accommodated all of us perfectly! William our host was wonderful to work with and was always very prompt with answering all my questions. Can’t wait to stay here again with friends or family.

Amazing Home!

This was probably the best experience with a home rental I’ve ever encountered. The amazing hosts were great to work with and answered all my questions extremely quick. The house was beautiful, very well cleaned, and stocked with so many things. The drive into Nashville wasn’t too far and convenient for our needs. We had plenty of space for all our families and the porch was such a nice place to gather together. We would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for our group. Host couldn’t of been more available and helpful. Be prepared for the steep driveway but it’s manageable. Overall no complaints at all.

Worth Every Penny!

My group and I absolutely loved this hosue! It was exactly like the pictures! We had 13 of us stay and everyone slept comfortable, no crowding. A very spacious house with beautiful views. Driveway is no joke….. very steep! The owners were awesome! So eager to answer questions and help as needed! I would recommend this house to everyone. Just the perfect distance so if you want to go downtown Nashville you can but a great escape from the craziness. Cannot thank the owners enough for allowing my group to stay! :)))

My family and I enjoyed our stay. What took away one star for me was the fact that none of the bedrooms have dressers and we were aware that the driveway was steep that was fine but 100 in gravel would go a long way to help those holes in the driveway we had to have our vehicles completely detailed because of the water those holes held besides that everything else was fine.

Mother’s Day weekend

I would like to start off by saying I reached out to the host the week of my booking to change dates due to some health issues. They changed the date no problem. I then reached out to have them change the date back to the original date. They did with no questions asked. The property is absolutely beautiful. Secluded and clean. It was a perfect space for our family. I would certainly rent this property again.

Fabulous house

We had a great time at this home on a hill for our trip to Nashville for our son’s wedding. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, had great views and outdoor space, was spacious and the host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a big house for a family getaway.

Hilltop Getaway

The house is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. It was very steep to get up to the house which is why they call it Hilltop House and mention this in the listing, it wasn’t a problem with our vehicles but something to think about when booking. A lightbulb went out and the host was very nice and brought a new bulb right over. Most things in Nashville were about 30 min away, we loved the view, having lots of space, and the fire pit. Their rules were also very reasonable. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay.
