Unwind with your entire family in this serene retreat. Just a quick 20-minute drive from downtown Atlanta, this cozy haven offers a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. With ample space and family-friendly features, it's ideal for hosting gatherings and holiday celebrations. Accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably, our home boasts top-notch hospitality and premium amenities, ensuring you won't want to depart!

The space
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, everyone will be comfortable and get a good night's rest! There are also 2 extra beds at the living room featuring 1 Queen Memory Foam Pull-out Couch and 1 Queen Air Mattress. 2 Twin roll away beds are located in bedroom 2 & 3 just inside the closet.
Our fully renovated kitchen is the perfect place to cook and enjoy coffee in the mornings. Kids can run around in the backyard and sprawl out in our open living room. Tv's are located in the all the bedroom and living room with our beautiful fireplace for easy access for a family movie night.
Guest access- Access, check-in, and checkout instructions are released 3 days before check-in, door code will be provide day of check-in before 3pm.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Parking will be in our private driveway.

Please note that there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property for safety purposes.

For the comfort of all guests and to ensure we maintain a peaceful environment, we have noise monitoring devices in place to monitor sound levels. These devices do not record conversations but help ensure that noise levels stay within acceptable limits

This is not a slam, and I know it takes time to run a VRBO, but this property is in NO condition to be rented. The property is in a serious state of disrepair. Out of respect for everyone's time and money, this property should not be listed. I'll just leave it at that.

Underwhelming

This listing met the basics, but the home, interior and exterior, was generally unkept and needed a lot of repairs. Insects in the home, limited towels, peeling paint, terrible water pressure, damaged flooring, unkept yard, etc

Home away from home

Tarsha was an excellent host any questions or concerns i had she addressed immediately. The gardeners were scheduled for Mondays and being that it had been raining the Monday before and Tuesday my arrival day , I had messaged her pictures to let her know that they didn’t show (if she prepaid them for the service) and to my surprise the next day she had them there. The 3 beds were all comfy. i had 3 young ladies so the master bedroom was prefect for my trio with the 2 rollaways bed; i prefer those over air mattresses. My girls and nephew loved the game room it was a nice bonus for us. Although it’s her 1st rental house. I left a mixing bowl behind for the next guest that cooks. Everything was clean because i always wipe down and pull back the sheets whenever i stay at an hotel or Vrbo and her place was clean.The house is equipped with your basic needs with additional blankets & towels for each guest and even comes with a welcome kit with teas and coffee snacks,water and a bottle of wine. Very well put together place to stay. Where I’m from we all have cameras outside our homes in our neighborhood, so to see it out there was a plus for me safe knowing she can see if something was to happen. We (ladies) loved the decor flow of the house. Future guess don’t forget your zevo during the summer! Oh it’s location is easy access to tons of stores and a Waffle House is up the street. I will stay here again and again.

Trip to Stone Mountain

Such a cute home! We were in town to visit Stone Mountain and Decatur and this home was in the perfect location to do both! It was very comfortable and cozy… thank you, Tarsha for the snacks and bottle of wine!

Met our needs but short on comfort

The house was decorated nicely, with a fenced yard, and enough rooms for our family. The host provided bottled water and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.However, it was cold when we arrived, and the main living space never fully warmed. The kitchen lacked pots and pans, and some fixtures, like the drawers and dishwasher, felt worn. The garage play area was also too cold and dimly lit to fully enjoy.Overall, it worked for our stay, but better heating and a few upgrades would make it much more comfortable.

Baseball trip

House was a nice spot for a home base for a week long baseball tournament. Beds were comfortable, A/c worked great downstairs but got a little warm up stairs during the day, but cooled back down in the evening. Needs a few more pots and pans but other than that a gopd stay.

Ok stay

Pro: The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet Cons: The cleaners were still there at check in. (3:00). we had to wait outside for an hour until they were finished. The lock instructions to enter the house were not correct. So we were actually thankful the cleaner was still there to let us in. We were not able to leave the house because we didn’t know how to get back in There are 3 bedrooms not 4. It would definitely not sleep 10. 4 dining room chairs. Bowls and plates for 6 There were definitely not enough supplies available for 6 people for 3 days (bath towels, kitchen towels, paper towels. Two rolls of toilet paper only!). Pots and pans are old, rusted and burned. The communication with the host was not very good at all. Long delays between answers and some questions not answered. The property has great potential. But needs some attention. and communication with owner could be better.
