It is located in a detached house composed only of two studios.
Both houses have an independent entrance and no communication between them.
With a surface area of 30 m2, it is composed of a main room with a sofa bed for 2 people, mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed (access by a fairly steep staircase) a small bathroom with shower, a small terrace and a beautiful plot with garden furniture in the middle of nature.
At your disposal: sunbeds, barbecue, small laundry, washing machine, small freezer, there is no dishwasher.
Beds are made on arrival, linen is included as well as final cleaning.
Attention! For enthusiasts, there is no wifi, only 4G.
The owner of the place, Philippe, lives in another house on the same property and has no vis-à-vis on your land.
The arrival to the private parking lot is via a 600-metre road accessible by all vehicles.
