Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, fan, iron.

Outside:
- An 8 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Sports activities at the nature center located 200 m away (cello, hiking, ping-pong, skate park, soccer stadium, rugby stadium)
- Theater
- Port of Fréjus (located 50 m away)

Transportation:
