Great place to stay. Everything you need. Bring sleep mask as the boardwalk is lite at night, so the beach view rooms don’t get dark. Beautiful master bathroom and closet.

We traveled with 6 adults and 3 small children. We all had plenty of room for toys and clothing. The only complaint was the lack of a dresser in the bedroom with the queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. We would book this property again!

This was a great property for a family to stay in and spread out as needed. Great location near the pier.

Boardwalk beauty

This property is on the boardwalk, close to the Balboa pier. It is clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our week there.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do this place justice on just how spacious this house is and how big the rooms are. The views are stunning, and hows was clean with clean cookware. This is our second time staying with tower 17 properties and we look foward to this same property again.

Good location plenty of room for 8

The home was great with plenty room I do recommend. Only suggestion would be to upgrade bedding and mattresses.

Birthday beach vacation

We had 3 generations coming together to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday. The beachhouse was perfect! It was in a great location, had a comfortable layout, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. We played directly outside on the beautiful sandy beach, rode bikes and walked to restaurants and shops. Looking forward to coming back!

Labor Day Weekend

This property was just like the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location - action, but not too busy. Parking was a little difficult for guests, but it was a holiday weekend. Only issue we had is some of the blinds were broken. Would definitely stay here again.

Newport Beach vacation

The property is 10 min walking distance to Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry. The house is well stocked in terms of cookware, dishes, towels, ext. They also provided us with Pack n' Play and a high chair, which was very much appreciated. Overall, house description and photos accurately describe what you are getting.

Perfect beach house

Close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet area. House is perfect for having people over during the day with several seating areas. We had 8 people sleep there comfortably at night but during the day we had a few friends over to eat and play games and there was plenty of space. The only thing I would say that could make this stay better would be to put a better mattress on the daybed in the downstairs room and put some towel racks or towel bars in the master bathroom (there was no place to hang up any towels, not even a hand towel bar. Besides those two minor issues, everything was amazing for a beach vacation.

Great Family Vacation!

The location of this property is great! The beach view and the little local shops are amazing! The house is a little bit older than I was expecting and could use some touch up with slip covers on the coaches and new rugs just to clean it up a bit. We loved opening up the windows and letting the breeze come in! It was very refreshing. We were a party of 6 and it was more than enough room for all of us! The neighborhood was very safe for the kids and all the people we met were so nice! We took the kids to the pier and a little swim spot a couple of blocks down. I hope we get to come back soon!!

Birthday vacation

We weren’t able to get into the house when we arrived. The garage code worked but the door going into the house was locked. We had to wait around until management could give us a code to the back door. The house was nice but definitely could use some air fresheners. It had an odd smell the entire time.

STRESSFULL & FILTHY

When we first arrvived we saw a half empty bottle in the living room , the fridge was not cooling our food, the kitchen cabinets are very dirty! We were unable to wash or dry our clothes. The sheets and mattresses in all the rooms are very dirty and stainted with body fluids. WORST Birthday weekend ever !

Wavy gravy old lady.

House is cute. It’s built in the 30s. Floor is wavy gravy. Nothing sits flat and it’s dangerous if you are old. All bedrooms except one which is for kids. The stairs are steep. I have large feet and they fit half my foot so going down is difficult. Water pressure is super low and bath upstairs drains so slow my daughter used a different shower. Plus for this location is it’s just far enough from the noise and you get a parking spot. Also, the master bed is sunken in so deep my 100lb wife couldn’t sleep in it.

Girl’s Trip Newport Beach

We were disappointed in the house. The pictures online must be very outdated. The windows were so old, some don’t open. The mattresses were lumpy and one bed made noises every time you moved or turned over. The one I sleep in was so worn out, it was like climbing a mountain to sleep anywhere near the middle of the bed. The beach chairs were horrible, some were torn and they were old and dirty. The umbrella stand outside, half of it was cracked off, so it was impossible to move it on the patio for shade.The showers were old and totally outdated. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom has a leak and the head is about to spew open and break. The bedroom downstairs had an extra twin bed where a small side table should have been. We think just so they could say they could sleep more people. 3 people would not sleep or fit in that small room off the kitchen.The kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture was clean. We loved the firepit and barstools outside. For the $900 a night charge, we expected better quality.

Pleasant stay

Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for 6, well-stocked kitchen, responsive, great location, quiet neighborhood, walk to shops/ restaurants. Upstairs King Bdrm is en-suite, the 2 Queen bedrooms share a bathroom. First floor twin/trundle room is en-suite. Surf can be loud at night and sometimes shakes the house - although did not affect our stay! Loved staying right on the beach and bike path/walkway!
