Cocoonr offers this charming 89 m² flat for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André. It's less than a kilometre from the beach, has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- One bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A terrace to enjoy the warm weather
The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
The centre of Val André is a 15-minute walk away via the sea wall. The village of Pléneuf is also a 15-minute walk away. The beaches of Val André and Grève des Vallées are a 10-minute walk away. The golf course is 800 metres away. You are a 5-minute walk from the GR34 hiking trail.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes
To access your accommodation, you can choose between:
- Self check-in: collect the keys directly on site from a key box.
