-> The cottage is currently undergoing renovations, which will be completed by the end April. Photos will be updated progressively as the work advances. The description reflects the cottage as it will be once the renovations are finished, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
-> Welcome to Gîte Le 1701, located in La Gaubretière, in the heart of the countryside, only 5 minutes from shops and 20 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou theme park.
Ideal for stays with family or friends, this spacious gîte combines comfort, conviviality, and relaxation.
-> Accommodation capacity: up to 15 guests.
It consists of:
*** Inside ***
-> A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (range cooker, extractor hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle…). Everything you need to cook is at your disposal.
A welcome kit is provided (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits).
The kitchen also features a large convivial table for meals with family or friends.
-> A large dining / living area of nearly 50 m², with a large table.
-> A comfortable living room with a sofa, coffee table, and TV.
-> Internet and Wi-Fi available.
-> A game room equipped with table football, darts, and a pool table.
-> A shower and a separate toilet are available on the ground floor.
*** 1st Floor ***
-> A first bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and two bunk beds (90x200 cm).
-> A shower room and a toilet are also located on this level.
*** 2nd Floor ***
-> A second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, featuring a private shower room with washbasin and mirror.
-> A third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, featuring a private shower room with washbasin and mirror.

The pool is heated and open from May to the end of August.
In case of bad weather, it may remain closed.
