Ski-in ski-out building, ideally located on the green slope of Chemin des Italiens. A few steps from the luge on rails, the luge slope, the Sherpa and the equipment rental shops. A free bus stop, serving the entire resort, is located at the foot of the building. Only 500 meters from the Point Show, where the new swimming pool and a variety of shops are located. Parking spaces nearby.
Accommodation: Located on the 5th floor of the residence Le Pastourlet, at the foot of the slopes in the upper part of Vars Les Claux, this new apartment of 23 m2 offers a privileged location skis to the feet, with the track of the Italian Way passing directly at the foot of the residence. It enjoys a magnificent view of the resort and the surrounding nature, as well as a superb panorama of the Écrins massif, visible from its large balcony.Ideal for 4 people, the apartment consists of a sleeping area with bunk beds in 80 x 190, a modern bathroom equipped with a towel dryer and a hairdryer, independent toilets, as well as a spacious and bright living area. The living room has a double sofa bed in 140 and a TV.The open kitchen is fully equipped with a combined microwave, dishwasher, top refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. A comfortable apartment full of charm, ideal to fully enjoy the mountain, summer and winter, in an exceptional setting.End of stay cleaning not included and linen optional (Pack sheets and towels 16€/person), consult us. No animals. All our rentals are strictly NON-FUMEUR. The apartment has a ski locker. There is no dedicated parking space, but parking is free throughout the station.
