Spacious family villa with 4 bedrooms and a beautiful pool with an unobstructed sea view of the tip of the St Tropez Gulf. Ideally located near the beach and the Issambres town center.

The villa's interior layout offers beautiful spaces and very good comfort. A covered terrace (2 storeys ban) at the front of the villa allows you to take meals in the shade while enjoying the exceptional view.

The restanque garden is adorned with beautiful Mediterranean plantings as well as a pétanque court. The pool is protected by a safety cover.

- Living room, air-conditioned, very bright with sea view, living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and a large sofa, dining room with access to the pool and covered terrace.
- Fitted open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, American fridge, filter coffee maker and espresso machine (with beans), toaster, kettle with dishes and various utensils.

*** Pool heating possible only from June to September depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we feel that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will result in a 50€ surcharge for the professional’s unexpected trip. Please contact us for further information.
