Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, and then dine together indoors at the nearby table for eight or al fresco out on the patio, where you'll also find a gas grill to add a little spice to your home cooked menu. This home also offers a cozy living area with an enormous sectional sofa, fireplace, and cable-equipped TV, an adorable, nautical-themed bunk room for the kids, a desk and chair for laptops for remote work or schooling, and a laundry room off the kitchen with a private washer/dryer to let you pack light and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
