Excellent Experience

Condo was extremely clean, well stocked with daily needs, amenities such as pool, hot tubs and internet. Limited handicap parking if that is needed. Close to skiing and boating activities. Great place for families.

Great stay in Frisco

We had a great time at this Frisco condo! It was a perfect space for us and our two little ones. It was spacious and clean, with great views from the balcony. We love that the location is close to the hiking trails in Frisco, and a very short drive to Main Street (walkable in nice weather). We would definitely stay here again!

Good value at Frisco

We skied Breck and stayed at this condo. Really glad we did. Condo was very nice and roomy, great hot tub and indoor pool. We're glad we stayed at Frisco, way less people to deal with. Plenty of nice places to eat at night. We would gladly stay there again.

One of the best at mountainside

I’ve stayed in many condos in this complex. Seemingly always on the third floor. So having this on the second floor and near the clubhouse was very nice. lWouldn’t change a thing and we plan to return.

Fantastic place to stay in Frisco

This property was absolutely one of the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. When I say this place has everything, I mean everything down to even UNO cards. Kitchen has all the amenities. Made the mistake of going shopping first and when we got there, we could have saved some money. The view was breath taking. Definitely will come back again. The only suggestion I have is the kitchen floor mat should be replaced for it curls up on the end causing a major tripping hazard. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to recommend to friends and family.

Awesome condo and location, VRBO support was poor

The condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in, and the location was perfect near the bike path to Breck and Copper. The view from the deck is great, and so is the pool and the 3 outdoor hot tubs. We did have issues with the VRBO support and property manager though. The furnace was not working and the gas fireplace sputtered and did not put out any heat, so it got pretty cold inside by the morning. I called VRBO and the person did not seem to know the difference between the A/C and the furnace, and said the fireplace was the only source of heat (not true and not possible in the mountains). So I requested someone come to service the fireplace and nobody ever came, even after calling VRBO a second time. Upon leaving we got a call from the property manager Dillon, who apologized for dropping the ball and promised me he would arrange for some compensation. Well 3 weeks later still nothing and his voice mail says he is on vacation. Maybe he will come through, but I could not wait any longer to write this review.

Needs a deep clean and new master bedroom mattress

We arrived late evening and there was a strong smell of cooked food in the condo (several hours after our given check-in time). All dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. There was no dishwasher machine soap and we had to hand wash the dishes before we could use them and before local management dropped off soap (7 hours after reporting it the next morning). Filthy kitchen and bathroom cabinets. No nose tissues, no pool cards on the kitchen counter top (wrong instructions in condo folder), soap bottle in powder bath was empty and filled with water, ..check out instructions said to place linens and towels on a pile that's when we discovered that we had slept on a stained mattress with no mattress protection pad (in master bedroom). We got a small refund from our cleaning fee from local management company and not more because we did not report the mattress stains etc during our 3 night stay. Well we did not take off the sheets until the morning we left and noticed the disgusting mattress. Nicely renovated condo but in need of a deep clean and a different rental management! Worst rental experience in over 15 years in Colorado! Stay away from this condo (local management) and Vacasa!

Great condo in Frisco!

We just returned from a family trip (family of 4) to Frisco and had a great time. The condo was immaculate and had all of the amenities and then some! The pool/hot tub was an added bonus! Very close to town, easy parking, close to hiking trails, the kids loved the bunk beds, everything was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great!

Great place! Nice master bedroom and bath; bunk room great for a childrens room. Tastefully furnished and well equipped kitchen with all the basics. Great access to Frisco Main St, as well as hiking and bike trails. Nice clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely stay again.
