Welcome to this 76 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure, quiet residence with elevator in sunny Saint-Raphaël. Designed for up to 4 guests, the space offers:
A bright living room opening onto a large 30 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing with a drink.
A fully equipped Provencal kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware you need.
A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom.
A second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends.
A second bathroom for added convenience.
Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and air conditioning in the living room and hallway for your comfort.

Located on Chemin Aurélien, you’re just a few minutes’ drive from the city center, beaches, and old harbor of Saint-Raphaël. Nearby, you’ll find all essentials like bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The Estérel massif is also right there for hiking lovers.
