This cute little bungalow is seconds away from from Boise State University, the greenbelt, downtown, airport, restaurants, and shops. Inside you will find a stylishly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom new home perfect for a business traveler or couples getaway. Located on Boise's up and coming Bench neighborhood you will love this central location. Inside you will find an open kitchen that looks into the main living area with a giant island for all to gather around. Each bedroom has been fitted with indulgent and oh-so comfortable queen sized mattresses. The master ensuite features a generous walk-in tiled shower. Cozy and comfortable this little bungalow sleeps four.

House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be any more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really messes up our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $200 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect our new flooring.
*No pets are allowed. If discovered, any pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, work meeting, company retreat, etc) are not allowed.
*Sometimes its hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that you're sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
*Any cancelled booking will be subject to a $150 cancel fee and any applicable credit card charges.
