The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, just a few steps from the beach. It has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 45 m² terrace with trees, offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and facing west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Boat trips and coastal tours around the Gulf of Ajaccio
- La Viva beach: a beautiful local beach for sunbathing, swimming, picnicking, or playing beach volleyball
- Kayaking, paddleboarding, or diving along the coves and small beaches accessible on foot or by bike around Porticcio
- Walks along the coastal paths or longer hikes such as those of Mare e Monti Sud
- Tour de Frasso: Historical site to visit to learn more about local history
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (one vehicle).

- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte, located 11 km
- Ferry service between Porticcio and Ajaccio every 30 minutes during the season (a 15-minute walk from the accommodation)
